Mindshift VR offers interactive VR experiences in virtual workplaces, where users navigate situations such as handling microaggressions, recognising unconscious bias, inclusive hiring and promoting inclusivity among team members. With straightforward options, Mindshift VR apps are designed to slot into workshops and other training. The PTR VR Library currently includes two Mind Shift titles.
PTR's published materials do not name an external partner organisation for Mindshift VR, unlike Everyday Inclusion (Cornell University), Finding Common Ground (an unnamed Australian bank) or Lift VR (Kinspace). Mindshift VR is its own vertical within the PTR VR Library, alongside Equal Reality VR and Lift VR.
Mind Shift titles generally run between 4 and 10 minutes each, in line with the rest of the Library. PTR's published case studies describe Library sessions delivered alongside a facilitated group debrief rather than viewed on their own.
PTR drew on its Mind Shift VR modules, alongside Everyday Inclusion, for Etihad Airways' cabin crew inclusion pilot, tackling microaggressions, racial and gender bias and allyship, delivered alongside facilitated discussion and reflection sessions.
Some Library features need an internet connection. PTR states it does not collect personal data through the Library, though it may collect data for the purpose of app improvement and analytics.
