Answers from approved material only

Every reply comes from the organisation’s own approved material, not general knowledge from the open internet. The owner decides what goes in and what stays out, and changes that list as the material changes.

Where do the answers come from?

From the organisation’s own approved material. Didymo answers from whatever is approved today, and the owner adds or removes sources as they change.

The twin does not guess from the open internet. It hands the conversation to a person, with what has been said already attached, or offers to book time with them.

Does a visitor need to install anything?

Chat runs in the browser or on the phone a visitor already has, on the site where the twin lives. There is nothing to install and no headset involved.
