Lift VR builds leaders' ability to respond to sensitive situations, designed in collaboration with PTR's diversity partner Kinspace. You step into a lift, and so does someone who needs something difficult from you. The experience asks users to personalise and adapt their own responses, practising courageous decision-making and the creation of a psychologically safe space, in their own voice rather than a script.
Lift VR is designed in collaboration with PTR's diversity partner Kinspace. Unlike Everyday Inclusion, Finding Common Ground and Speak to Me Normally, it is not part of the Equal Reality VR suite; it is its own vertical within the PTR VR Library, alongside Equal Reality VR and Mindshift VR.
Lift VR generally runs between 4 and 10 minutes, in line with the rest of the Library. PTR's published case studies describe Library sessions delivered alongside a facilitated group debrief rather than viewed on their own.
PTR's published materials do not name a specific client engagement for Lift VR. See the Everyday Inclusion case study for an example of how PTR runs Library titles with clients, including Etihad Airways and Metro Trains.
Some Library features need an internet connection. PTR states it does not collect personal data through the Library, though it may collect data for the purpose of app improvement and analytics.
See the full PTR VR Library for the Equal Reality VR and Mindshift VR titles, or try Lift VR for yourself through LABS DEMOS.
